It was founded by Dr. Odilson Berbare Junior, a graduate medic (1986) with specialization in General Surgery (1989) Occupational Medicine (1988) Medical Audit operating in Private Sector (1992) , Laparoscopy Digestive System (2000), MBA Institute Insper SP, Albert Einstein Jewish Hospital in Management of Health Services, and teaching experience as a professor of Department of Medical Propedeutics Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santos (2007).
